Whether new to our services or returning for continued support, we hope these answers help guide you toward a positive and empowering experience.

What types of mental health services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of services to support your mental health, including individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and specialized care for anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Our team uses evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
Do you provide therapy for children or adolescents?
Yes, we offer therapy for children and adolescents, focusing on age-appropriate approaches to help them navigate challenges like stress, anxiety, and behavioral issues. Our therapists are trained to engage younger clients in a supportive, nurturing way.
Are your services covered by insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact our office to confirm whether your plan is accepted and for assistance with verifying your coverage.
How much do your services cost?
The cost of therapy varies based on the type of service and length of the session. We offer competitive rates and work with clients to ensure they receive the best possible care. Please contact our office for specific pricing information and to discuss your insurance options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Payment is due at the time of service. For insurance clients, co-pays will be collected during your appointment.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact our office to make changes to your appointment.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
For your first session, please bring a valid ID, insurance information (if applicable), and any relevant medical or mental health history. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must accompany you to the session.
How do I get support between sessions?
We understand that mental health care doesn’t stop between sessions. While we don’t offer crisis counseling between appointments, you can email your therapist for general questions or updates. If you’re experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a crisis hotline or go to the nearest emergency room.
What should I do if I feel like I need urgent help?
If you’re in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Additionally, you can contact a 24/7 crisis hotline such as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.
How do I communicate with my therapist outside of appointments?
For general communication, you can email your therapist directly or leave a message with our office. Please note that we prioritize face-to-face interactions during appointments, but we are happy to address any non-urgent concerns through email or phone calls.
